HB 1862 - This act would prohibit anyone except a registered land surveyor from knowingly moving, removing or destroying any permanent land survey marker or monument which has been filed with the recorder of deeds.

Any person violating the provisions of this act is liable for the cost of reestablishment of permanent monuments or markers by a registered land surveyor.

Violation of the provisions of this act is a Class B misdemeanor.
