HB 1805 - This act will authorize the conveyance of property owned by the Department of Mental Health to the City of St. Peters for the purpose of widening a road. The consideration for the conveyance is $9,570 to be deposited in the Mental Health Housing Trust Fund.

The act also authorizes the governor to give, grant, bargain convey and confirm an easement to Cole County over and across a certain strip of land which is used by the Department of Corrections for the purpose of establishing and maintaining a public road.
