SCS/HB 1779 - This act clarifies that forcible compulsion for rape or sodomy includes the use of substance which renders the victim incapable of making an informed consent. These provisions of the act are identical to SB 958.

The act also prohibits counterfeiting of merchandise. A violation is either a Class A misdemeanor, or a Class D or C felony, depending on the quantity or retail value of items involved and the number of previous violations. These portions of the act are identical to SB 904.
