HB 1730 - A teenage driver with a learner's permit is allowed to drive with a designee of the parent if the parent is unable to operate the vehicle because of a physical disability. A maximum of two designees may be used, and the designee must be at least 21 years old and licensed to drive the vehicle being used. The designee's name must be printed on the instruction permit.
