HB 1705 - This act requires any wholesaler licensed to sell intoxicating liquor and wine containing alcohol in excess of 5% by weight to ship and deliver the liquor to a retailer for the scheduled price set forth on the invoice in effect. Wholesalers may not take an order for delivery after the month in which the order is taken, except orders may be taken for delivery in the next month for prices in effect for that month. Wholesalers may also, with the consent or request of the retailer, deliver orders taken within the last 3 days of a month within the first 3 business days of the next month.

This act contains a penalty provision.
