HB 1600 - This act corrects two technical errors within the most recent modifications to the commercial feed law. "Quantity statement" is now defined as net weight, net volume or count. Further, independent consultants formulating consultant-formula feeds can be required to furnish authenticity documents regarding their products. Former law incorrectly addressed "customer- formula" feeds.
