HB 1578 - This act makes changes in the language of Section 184.360, RSMo, specifically in subsections 3 an 4 by removing commas in the text of these subsections.
The language as originally written could create problems as
to whether certain property would revert to the Botanical
subdistrict or the History Museum subdistrict or to some other
entity. Removal of the commas is intended to clarify this
situation so the property could revert to the subdistricts.
