HB 1506 - This act requires the Public Service Commission to
promulgate rules, effective no later than January 1, 1999,
concerning changes in telecommunications service and
telecommunications provider. The rules shall require
verification by the customer of any changes in telecommunications
service or provider, and the rules shall be consistent with
applicable regulations of the Federal Communications Commission.
