HB 1410 - When issuing license plates for disabled persons, the Director of Revenue shall check the licensure of any podiatrist with the State Board of Podiatric Medicine. This act is similar to HB 1092 and SCS/SB 649.

On-street parking spaces designated by political subdivisions in residential areas shall comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and shall be clearly marked (CCA 1).
