HB 1157 - This act changes the frequency with which the Community Service Commission is required to prepare a service plan. Currently, the Commission must prepare a plan every 3 years and update it annually. The bill requires the Commission to prepare an annual service plan.

The Commission is also given the power and duty to solicit and accept gifts, contributions, bequests, and other aid. These moneys will be deposited in the Community Service Commission Fund.
