HB 1084 - This act, known as the "Selective Service Registration Awareness and Compliance Act", prohibits any person who is required to register with the Selective Service from being offered employment by the State without proof of registration (certification by applicant) or from being eligible for state scholarships or loans.

This act grants rulemaking authority to any official having charge over the hiring of state employees or granting scholarships.
