HB 1059 - This act clarifies that fees by a financial institution for processing a refused instrument can be assessed to a small loan pursuant to Section 408.140, RSMo.
Other provisions permit charges for a survey report in
connection with a second mortgage loan and limit notary fees to
those authorized by Section 486.350, RSMo.
