SB 935 - This act provides that administrative handling fees
collected by prosecuting attorney in bad check case shall be
deposited by county treasurer into a separate interest-bearing
account. Funds are to be expended by the prosecuting attorney
upon appropriation by the governing body of the county or city
not within a county.
