Current Bill Summary

SB 369 - This act prohibits a person who performs body piercing, branding or tattooing from: 1) performing any such act on a minor without the written consent of the parent or guardian of such minor; or 2) performing such act on a person who is intoxicated or under the influence of a controlled substance.

A person violating this act commits a misdemeanor and may be fined up to $500 for a first offense and up to $1,000 for a second offense committed within one year of the first offense.
