SB 215 - Under current law, the Director of the Department
of Public Safety may contract for services to be provided to
assist crime victims, but the contracting entity must provide a
cash match for any state moneys received, depending on whether
the program is in existence (20%) or new (35%). The act repeals
these restrictions.
