SB 117 - The General Assembly is encouraged to appropriate
funds to the Missouri Housing Development Commission for two
purposes. First, grants could be made to neighborhood housing
agencies for basic operating expenses. Second, assistance could
be given to community housing development organizations to
administer Federal Home Investment Partnership grants.
