FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business

No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of
this proposal.

DESCRIPTION

The proposal would authorize the General Assembly to appropriate funds to the
Missouri Housing Development Commission for two purposes. First, grants
could be made to neighborhood housing agencies for basic operating expenses.
Second, assistance could be given to community housing development
organizations to administer Federal Home Investment Partnership grants.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
