SCR 21 - This concurrent resolution pertains to large confined animal production facilities. The Director of the Department of Natural Resources is requested to stop processing applications for Class 1A or Class 1B wet handling waste facility permits filed after January 1, 1996.
The General Assembly also requests that this moratorium
continue until June 15, 1996.
