SB 821 - At the present time Section 523.040, RSMo, provides
for the appointment of three commissioners in certain
condemnation proceedings. This act will require that one
commissioner be an attorney licensed by the Missouri Supreme
Court, one shall be a real estate broker licensed by the Missouri
Real Estate Commission and one shall be a real estate appraiser
licensed or certified by the Missouri Real Estate Appraisers'
Commission. These commissioners must be residents of the county
in which the real estate under consideration is situated.
