SB 788 - This act deals with members of the Civil Air Patrol (CAP) who are Missouri State Employees and who have qualified for an emergency service specialty rating.

A CAP member may be granted leave from the member's state employment without loss of time, pay, regular leave or other rights or benefits for periods when the member is engaged in CAP emergency service.

Leave shall be for not more than fifteen working days in any year unless the CAP member is responding to a nationally declared emergency or disaster in the state of Missouri.

Provisions pertaining to leave, duty and regular job held by the CAP member are included. OTTO FAJEN/RONALD J. LEONE
