SB 756 - This act provides for a $10 fee to be assessed in
any court within the 30th Judicial Circuit for the purpose of
establishing a juvenile detention facility in such circuit. The
County Commissions of each county within the circuit may enter
into a contract to pay for the cost of such a facility.
