SB 637- This act increases the maximum amount of personal
liability insurance that a person may obtain for claims arising
out of a motor vehicle accident to: 1) fifty thousand dollars in
the case of an injury or death of one person; 2) one hundred
thousand dollars in the case of an injury or death of two or more
persons; and 3) twenty-five thousand dollars in the case of
property damage.
