SCS/SBs 535 & 518 - This act increases the penalty for
making a false bomb report from a Class A misdemeanor to a Class
D felony. The Department of Public Safety shall promulgate rules
to require that a person convicted of making a false bomb report
register with the police. A person who fails to register is
guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
