SB 493 - This act increases the number of sections which shall not apply to acts and facilities enumerated in section 578.007, RSMo.
These added sections cover training and fighting of dogs
(578.025); dogs pursing a live animal attached to any machine or
device (578.027); powers and duties of Highway Patrol officers to
enforce animal protection (578.030); and bullbaiting and
cockfighting (578.050).
