SB 76 - Defines "alien" as any person who is not a citizen of any state or territory of the U.S., excluding foreign corporations lawfully transacting business in Missouri.

Any civil action commenced in Missouri by an alien against a citizen of any U.S. state or territory is subject to dismissal by the court upon a showing by the citizen that this forum is not the most convenient forum. This motion to dismiss may not be defeated by a mere showing that Missouri law is more favorable to the plaintiff.

This act is similar to SB 509 of 1994.
