SB 75 - Immunizes participants in "volunteer civic activities" from civil liability for ordinary negligence. "Volunteer civic activities" is defined as voluntary participation by a person of at least twenty-one years of age in a leadership role within an organization, other than public schools, providing civic activities for children age eighteen and younger.
This act is similar to SB 436 of 1994.
