SB 700 - This act lowers, from 19 to 18, the age at which a person may obtain a concealed carry permit, and makes a corresponding modification to a provision relating to the unlawful use of weapons.

This act is identical to provisions in SS/SB 77 (2025), and substantially similar to provisions in SCS/HCS/HB 328 (2025).
