SB 1203 - Under this act, school districts and charter schools shall ensure that certain information relating to staff training and instructional and curricular materials on topics including nondiscrimination, diversity, equity, inclusion, and bias shall be publicly posted on each school website in a manner set forth in the act. The Attorney General or the prosecuting or circuit attorney in the county in which a violation of the act occurs may bring a cause of action against any school district or charter school that violates a provision of the act. An attorney acting on behalf of a school district or charter school may request an opinion of the Attorney General as to whether a particular piece of training, instructional, or curricular material complies with the provisions of the act.
