SB 1094 - This act prohibits operation of any freight or work train carrying hazardous material that exceeds 8,500 feet in length on any part of a main track or branch line. Any railroad or person who willfully violates this act shall be subject to criminal penalties as outlined in the act. This act is identical to SB 702 (2023) and HB 636 (2023). ERIC VANDER WEERD
