SJR 95 - This constitutional amendment, if adopted by the voters, provides that parents shall have the right to know what their children are being taught in public school. Specifically, parents shall have the right to access curricular information and a list and description of materials in school libraries. This amendment is similar to a provision in SJR 6 (2023).
