SB 1039 - This act establishes the Missouri Geospatial Advisory Council within the Office of Administration. The Council is charged with assisting and advising the state in ensuring the availability, implementation, and enhancement of a statewide geospatial data infrastructure. Appointed members of the Council shall serve three-year terms and shall serve until their successors are appointed. This act is substantially similar to SB 653 (2023) and to a provision in SCS/HB 475 (2023). SCOTT SVAGERA
