SB 1046 - This act requires health benefit plans to provide coverage for prostheses and scalp hair prostheses worn for hair loss suffered as a result of chemotherapy. The coverage is subject to benefit limits and restrictions on out-of-pocket costs, as specified in the act. ERIC VANDER WEERD
