SB 1430 - This act regulates the manufacture of ice intended for human consumption in this state. Such ice shall be manufactured from source water approved as a drinking water supply and processed and packaged using methods designed to avoid contamination, as described in the act. Labels shall include the product name, net weight, and the manufacturer's name and contact information. This act is identical to HB 1550 (2024). SARAH HASKINS
