SB 1000 - Current law provides for a tax credit for the acquisition costs and interest costs incurred for the acquisition of certain parcels located in distressed areas, with such tax credit expiring on August 28, 2013. This act reauthorizes such tax credit until August 28, 2030. JOSH NORBERG
