SB 959 - Under this act, the governing board of a charter school shall be exclusively responsible for the operation of such charter school and for compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to such charter school. A charter school shall not hire or contract with a management company for the provision of any services whatsoever. OLIVIA SHANNON
