SB 830 - Under this act, the Department of Health and Senior Services shall develop and publish on its website an educational pamphlet on nonopioid alternatives for the treatment of acute, subacute, and chronic pain. No later than January 1, 2025, and every two years thereafter, the Department shall distribute the most updated version of the pamphlet to local public health agencies and associations representing the state's federally qualified health centers, rural health clinics, and community mental health centers.
