SJR 51 - Under current law, initiative petitions are required to obtain signatures from a certain number of legal voters, depending on the type of proposal, in 2/3 of the congressional districts. This constitutional amendment, if approved by the voters, would instead require such signatures to be obtained in 2/3 of the senate districts in the state. SCOTT SVAGERA
