SB 937 - Under current law, criminal cases filed in Cole County shall follow procedures different from the Missouri Supreme Court Rules in order to obtain a change of venue for misdemeanors or felonies. This act provides that counties with 75,000 or fewer inhabitants shall follow procedures different from the Missouri Supreme Court Rules in order to obtain a change of venue for misdemeanors or felonies.
