SB 1187 - This act authorizes the Department of Revenue or any fee office to design and implement, or to contract with a third-party vendor for, a remote system that can be used through the internet or a self-service terminal for motor vehicle and watercraft transactions such as titling and registration. This act is similar to HB 2664 (2022), and identical to SB 580 (2021) and a provision in HCS/SB 38 (2021). ERIC VANDER WEERD
