SB 1071 - This act authorizes and directs the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission to convey its interest in land no longer necessary for the state highway system to any political subdivision located in whole or in part within St. Louis City or Kansas City, provided that the land is located adjacent to a navigable waterway and abuts or adjoins land owned or leased by the political subdivision, and provided the political subdivision has identified the land to be acquired as needed for any public or private building, structure, infrastructure, fixture, or facility, and has requested the conveyance in writing.
