SB 1057 - This act establishes a mental health awareness training requirement for pupils in public schools and charter schools that shall be given any time during a pupil's four years of high school. Instruction shall be included in the district's existing health or physical education curriculum. Instruction shall be based on a program established by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. This provision is identical to a provision in the truly agreed CCS#2/HCS/SS/SCS/SBs 681 & 662 (2022). JAMIE ANDREWS
