SB 979 - Under this act, any public or private university or college which receives state funds and uses animals in research, whether for scientific research, testing, or experimentation purposes, shall post on its website a written report on such animal research prior to December 31st of year. The written report shall contain information as set forth in the act. This act is identical to a provision in HB 2446 (2022). JAMIE ANDREWS
