SB 156 - This act exempts St. Charles County from the motor vehicle emissions inspection program established by the Air Conservation Commission. This act is similar to provisions in the truly agreed to and finally passed SS#2/HB 661 (2021) and provisions in HCS/SCS/SB 40 (2021), identical to SB 743 (2020), and similar to SCS/SB 359 (2019).
