SB 623 - This act establishes the Missouri Utility Tax Relief Tax Credit Act. For the 2022 tax year, this act authorizes taxpayers to claim a $150 tax credit for the purposes of offsetting taxes and fees associated with the usage of utilities. The tax credit shall be refundable, but shall not be transferred or sold. JOSH NORBERG
