SJR 15 - Currently, every citizen of Missouri has the right to keep and bear arms, ammunition, and accessories for the normal function of such arms in defense of his or her home, person, family, and property. This proposed constitutional amendment, if approved by the voters, adds that these rights protect the right of private citizens to keep and bear arms, ammunition, and accessories commonly used in hunting and in sport shooting. This includes any arms, ammunition, and accessories that can lawfully be purchased by a citizen in Missouri as of January 1, 2021. MARY GRACE BRUNTRAGER
