JEFFERSON CITY — Senate Bill 819 modifies provisions of law relating to the protection of children. Senate Bill 982 enacts provisions relating to insurance. Both of these measures became law on Aug. 28.

JEFFERSON CITY — Lawmakers returned to the State Capitol for the First Extra Session of the First Regular Session of the 100th General Assembly. In addition, lawmakers also gaveled in for the annual Veto Session.
