The Missouri Senate Minute for July 23: Expungement

JEFFERSON CITY — A new law will add to the list of expungable offenses in Missouri. Senate Bill 1 removes certain offenses from the list of offenses where expungement is not currently available. The new law will take effect on Aug. 28.

JEFFERSON CITY — Lawmakers returned to the State Capitol for the First Extra Session of the First Regular Session of the 100th General Assembly. In addition, lawmakers also gaveled in for the annual Veto Session.
