Missouri Lawmakers Approve Reforms to Discovery Procedures in State Courts

JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri General Assembly gave its final approval to Senate Bill 224, which modifies rules of discovery in state courts. Lawmakers negotiated the bill over the course of several months before giving it a final vote on the last day of the 2019 legislative session.
