JEFFERSON CITY — Missouri senators send Senate Bill 68 to the executive branch. The measure seeks to modify provisions relating to workforce development. Also, Senate Bill 83 — which would modify provisions relating to the relocation of a child covered by a custody or visitation order — goes to a conference committee.
