The Missouri Senate Minute for Oct. 30: Opioid Addiction

JEFFERSON CITY — A new Missouri law relates to opioids. Senate Bill 826 modifies provisions relating to health care. Because of an emergency clause, the new law took effect when the governor signed the measure into law on July 9.

JEFFERSON CITY — Lawmakers returned to the State Capitol for the First Extra Session of the First Regular Session of the 100th General Assembly. In addition, lawmakers also gaveled in for the annual Veto Session.
